Chart notes
BOSTON POST ROAD pressed the pace on the inside, drew even with the leader late on the backstretch, vied along the rail on the turn, was asked in the two path into the stretch, responded well under the crop into the final furlong, drifted out some around the sixteenth-pole and held sway under steady urging. DR B was taken in hand briefly when the leader crossed in front early, tracked the pace on the outside, was asked three wide on the turn, made a bid at the five-sixteenths, spun four wide into the stretch, drifted out outside the furlong marker, pursued the winner with good courage to the wire but missed while well clear for the place. OXANA moved in while going to the front, showed the way under pressure, vied in the two path while still outside that foe on the turn, came under increased pressure between horses at the five-sixteenths, spun three wide into the stretch and weakened while able to get the show. GLASS CEILING head her head turned at the break and was off slow, spotted the front a few lengths, settled at the rear, was guided under extra left-rein pressure in the two then three path on the turn, shifted five wide into the stretch and came up empty. COREY settled off the pace, was roused in the two path on the turn and failed to respond. MOVIE MOXY was coaxed along on the outside, chased four wide on the turn and capitulated.
