Chart notes
JAMMIN JIMTOWN settled off the pace in the two and three paths then eased out entering the backstretch, bid leaving the seven sixteenths pole, raced close off the rail on the far turn then dug in under steady handling to take the nod through the final strides. POSITIVE PHIL stalked off the rail, took the lead at the nine sixteenths pole and was urged clear past the three eighths, rounded the far turn at the rail, dug in under steady stretch encouragement but missed the nod in the final strides. PROTA broke awkwardly then steadied leaving the gate, took over inside and rated the pace, was met at the nine sixteenths pole, gave chase from that point but dropped back toward the five sixteenths pole and flattened at the rail on the far turn. NORTHERN RIDGE settled inside, picked up the chase nearing the seven sixteenths pole, rounded the far turn in the three path and showed little further. TIZ AUCTION TIME stalked from the three and four paths, gave chase leaving the seven sixteenths pole but weakened at the rail on the far turn. THORN OF ROSE HILL dropped well back.
