Chart notes
JAIL HOUSE CODE battled for the lead three wide through the turn, gained the advantage and wore down rivals in a game effort. SHELLEY'S GEM had speed from the start along the inside, altered course four wide on the turn and was steadily cutting into the winners advantage late. GENERAL GINNY trailed into the stretch and closed a gap late in the middle of the racetrack. LADY VALENTINA battled for the lead along the inside for three furlongs then faded. FLOWZANO failed to menace. PAO DE QUEIJO contested the lead two wide into the stretch then was used up.
