Chart notes
BIG BOY DAVE REX vied or led from the two path to the final turn then dueled to the eighth pole to take the lead, fought gamely to the wire and held on. UNION STATION stalked the pace from the three path through the final turn, was gaining late but just missed. EXTIRPATOR went to the early lead around the turn then vied for the lead from the inside down the backstretch, dueled around the final turn but was out finished. PINCH ASSAULT saved ground to the final turn then angled out four wide at the five sixteenths pole to improve position. INDIMAAJ tracked the leaders from the two path and failed to menace. SECULAR STAGNATION was not a threat.
