Chart notes
CARLOS'S MAMA pressed the pace from the inside then took the lead at the three eighths pole was headed at the three sixteenths pole and slipped back up the rail in upper stretch to regain the lead and draw off. EASY EDDIE A was forwardly placed off the rail to the final turn then made a four wide bid to take the lead at the three sixteenths pole but couldn't hold off the winner and proved second best. CITY BOY EASTWOOD was fractious in the gate before the start, settled in the middle of the pack and passed tiring rival in the stretch. BYATHREAD vied for the lead from three wide to the final turn then chased the leaders into the stretch and weakened. ST PIERRE was bumped by DRINKIN DOUBLE at the start, then saved ground but never made a bid. DRINKIN DOUBLE was fractious in the gate, broke in and bumped ST PIERRE at the start, went four to five wide into the first turn, was void of speed around the turn, made a mild bid down the backstretch but was never a threat. ALL COUNTRY set the early pace but was through early.
