Chart notes
BARNEY'S PASSION was near the back around the first turn then made a three wide bid to the three sixteenths pole, move out to seven wide in upper stretch to be up in final strides. PAC THE PULPIT went four to five wide into the first turn then made a four wide bid on the backstretch move out to five wide in upper stretch to take the lead at the sixteenths pole and was nailed at the wire. T D Z HI COURT stalked the pace from the inside to upper stretch then split horses in mid stretch and fought gamely to the wire. CORTE saved ground throughout, slipped through in mid stretch to be best of the rest. COUNT ON RAIN went fire wide on the first turn made a three wide bid down the backstretch and around the final turn move out to four wide in upper stretch and ran into traffic late in the drive. SABERMAN settled in the middle of the pack to the final turn moved between horses in upper stretch and improved position. COTTONCLUB SOLDIER was hustled to the early lead to set the pace to the eighth pole and gave way. HE'S A CLASSIC tracked the leaders from the two path to upper stretch and tired.
