Chart notes
MY JUBA stalked two deep the first turn then challenged leaving the half mile pole, took the lead passing the quarter, edged clear midway on the far turn and was steadily handled in the lane. FASHION ICON raced well off the pace about the three path on the opening turn, started a bid leaving the turn and steadily improved at the rail on the far turn, then dueled through the stretch for second. MISS LAUREN settled off the rail on the first turn, gave chase from the seven sixteenths pole, rounded the far turn about the five path then outfinished in the stretch duel for second. JALEBI BABY was bumped outward and into Boca Birdie, rounded the first turn about the four path and gave chase from the seven sixteenths pole, raced in the three path of the far turn and flattened inside the sixteenth pole. WEST VIRGINIA PAM was bumped outward and into Jaleby Baby leaving the gate then saved ground, picked up the chase from the seven sixteenths pole, raced near the rail on the far turn then flattened in the lane. BOCA BIRDIE was bumped at the break and saved ground on the first turn, left the turn well back, rounded the far turn near the rail and could only improve her position. DYLADDIE was bumped by the loose Excuses Excuses at the three quarter pole then settled inside, picked up the chase toward the three eighths pole but weakened in the three path of the far turn. WALK A FINE LINE rated a slim lead inside, dug in to the challenge of My Juba leaving the half mile pole, succumbed to that one at the quarter pole, dropped back midway on the far turn and weakened in the lane. MAGNIFICENT ROCKET rounded the opening turn in the five path and showed little response through the backstretch. EXCUSES EXCUSES ducked outward and into West Virginia Pam after the start and dislodged her rider.
