TIZ THE REASON rated a short lead, came under pressure nearing the quarter pole, raced at the rail on the turn and was steadily handled in the lane. COLLEGE KID chased toward the inside, raced off the rail on the turn and held on for second. SUPER WILDCAT raced well back early, rounded the turn at the rail and started a bid into the lane, drifted outward in later yards and made contact with R Working Girl but got up for third the final strides. VALID REASON chased through the backstretch, raced in the six path on the turn, left the turn outside and ran evenly in the stretch. UNLOCK chased inside, raced near the rail on the turn then flattened. R WORKING GIRL chased, rounded the turn in the three path then bumped outward and into FLAT DISCOUNT late stretch. The latter chased through the backstretch, raced in the four path of the turn, flattened in the lane and was bumped late. COACH RUBE chased outside, raced in the six path of the turn then weakened.
