Chart notes
WEST TEXAS BOB raced in the middle of the pack on the inside, made a rail bid into the turn then moved out to three wide at the quarter pole and caught the leader in the final sixteenths to be up in the final jumps. G E H GIANTS WAY had the early speed from the inside then pulled clear on the turn but was collared in the final sixteenth to be second best. BYATHREAD was off a step slow, tracked the leaders down the backstretch then made a three wide bid at the five sixteenths pole and chased the top two home. CALL ME FIREY raced at the back to the turn then went three or four wide and passed tiring rival. KNIGHT OF HONOR pressed the early pace then chased the leader around the turn and retreated. BLONDIE FIX IT vied for the lead from the three path to the three eighths pole and was done.
