Chart notes
THROWIN' SHADE sprinted to a clear lead setting all the pace to prove much the best. EASY EDDIE A stalked the pace from the three path to the quarter pole then vied for the lead to the the top of the stretch but was no match for the winner. SNAKEBIT settled in the middle of the pack from the two path and chased leaders home. ST PIERRE tracked the leaders to the five sixteenths pole and gave way. DRINKIN DOUBLE had an awkward start, then was unhurried to the first turn, moved up from three wide around the first turn and flattened out. KNIGHT'S MUSKET raced in the middle of the pack to the first turn then lost contact with the field and showed little.
