Chart notes

PROPER ATTIRE prompted the pace outside a rival, took over leaving the three eighths, moved clear without much asking past the three sixteenths, responded to mild urging in mid stretch then held sway. PEYTON ELIZABETH , brushed at the break, settled off the pace while off the inside, shifted out past the three sixteenths and closed gamely. SPICY MARGARITA was sent up to the inside of the winner early on and took command, set the pace towards the rail, ceded the lead around the turn, stayed on past mid stretch then faded a bit late. BEHIND THE COUCH , under a snug hold early while saving ground, angled out four wide nearing the lane, chased but came up empty. ITALIAN DRESSING , in tight at the break, was getting out nearing the turn, dropped back and was eased.
