Chart notes
FURY KAP stalked the pace of HIT THE SEAM while racing three-wide, moved up to take command nearing the quarter, opened a clear lead into the lane and drew off with complete authority. HIT THE SEAM set a pressured pace while racing four-wide, was no match for the winner in the drive but finished well to hold the place. DESCENT showed no early speed, saved ground through the turn and finished with good late energy. LINCHTOWN was forwardly placed early, moved four-wide through the turn, angled out further into the lane and finished evenly. TOIL AND TROUBLE settled off the leaders early, moved three-wide through the turn and failed to rally. DIA DE PAGO showed brief speed and weakened. THE RACE WAS HAND TIMED.
