Chart notes
LET FREEDOM SPRING was corrected with the left-rein while hustled from the start, chased the pace down the backstretch, went around the turn in the four path, made a bid late on that bend, took the lead into the stretch, fought with the runner-up to near the sixteenth-pole then edged clear under a strong hand-ride. BRASS MONKEY was hustled from the start, established a good position just off the pace, chased in the two path around the turn, gained to make a bid inside of the winner in upper stretch, battled with that rival to near the sixteenth-pole then was outfinished while clear for the place. GRAND AGAIN chased the pace on the outside then in the five path around the turn, pursued the top two under a drive into the final furlong and weakened while well clear for the show. BOLD HONOR bumped with a rival at the start, was urged along off the pace, went four wide around the turn, came six wide into the stretch and failed to threaten. SUPER COACH FRED went to the front then showed the way down the backstretch, vied in the three path around the turn, lost the lead into the stretch and gave way. SHARPOON broke out at the start, was urged along towards the rear, rounded the turn in the two path and was no factor. DESPEIGHT FORTUNE broke out then bobbled while bumping with a foe, was urged along at the rear on the outside, dropped from the three path to the two path early on the turn and showed little.
