WILLIE THE MAN tracked the pace three wide outside JONO, responded when asked through the lane and ran that one down in the closing sixteenth. JONO showed the most early speed inside, remained clear into the lane but could not contain the winner's late run. MYSTERIOUS TALE was along the inside and gained third late. BLUEGRASS BREEZE was close up four wide but lacked a final closing run. HOLIDAY TICKET followed the pace three wide and weakened. CIRCLE BACK was outrun.
