Chart notes
SCOOTER'S BOY settled back off the pace three wide, rallied four wide into the lane and continued with a good run to be up in the closing yards while widest. GRAND DESIGN tracked the early pace three to four wide, rallied through the lane then was crowded as a rival drifted out and came up short. HULEN came out after the break to bump with a rival, shadowed the leader three wide to bid and move clear into the far turn, drifted out through the lane and was overtaken. PREACHER followed the pace four wide and lacked a solid closing bid. LOVER BOY was on the early pace out from the rail and weakened. SMART BATTLE bumped with a rival at the start then steadied inside rivals while trying to get out into the first turn and weakened. CREATIVE LETTERS was not a factor.
