Chart notes
TIME FOR TROUBLE stalked along the inside, then sustained a rail grind through the lane to edge an advantage in the final sixteenth. CREATIVE MINISTER tracked in the three path, pursued from striking range in the four path around the far turn, bid entering the lane, vied before forging a short advantage in midstretch, but got outfinished by an inner bidder before saving place from an outer rival. COOKE CREEK laid off of the pace in two to three paths, shifted out to the five path in upper stretch, rallied outside of the main group in the final furlong in hopes of offering a late bid, but came up short and was denied place. SPA CITY pressed outside of the leader and from the three path, vied between horses entering the lane, and yielded in the closing stages. VITTORIO set the pace in the two path, showed the way from a pair of outer pressers around the far turn, vied between bidders in upper stretch, and gave way late. WAR CAMPAIGN got outrun.
