Chart notes
KAYLEE'S SPITFIRE gave early chase toward the outside, rounded the turn about the four path, coasted to the lead in late yards and raced clear toward the wire. PINK DINGHY was hustled up outside and set the pace, tapered in and widened at the rail on the turn, dug in under steady handling leaving the turn but was caught flattening stride late yards. HARLEY SIOUX chased through the backstretch, raced near the rail on the turn then flattened in the lane. LAST PARTY chased through the backstretch, raced two deep on the turn, eased out leaving the turn and ran evenly to late stretch before flattening stride. GOLDEN ARROW became a bit anxious in the gate, gave chase through the backstretch, rounded the turn in the four and five paths and finished evenly to pass rivals. KING OF LUCK gave chase, raced in the three path on the turn and showed little in the lane. B. J. MOOSE ducked in leaving the gate and had a brief early lead, gave chase form the three eighths pole but dropped back at the rail toward the quarter and weakened leaving the turn. MEETMARYSMAN hesitated at the break and saved ground. ONE CANDY CASTLE was shut off at the break, gave chase outside and rounded the turn about the six path. NEEDNOEXPLANATION chased toward the inside, steadied at the rail near the five sixteenths pole and faded through the turn.
