Chart notes
AMERICAN GAMBLE moved clear to dictate terms under light rating tactics on the front end and racing off the rail, put to some urging by upper stretch and held sway. BIG GINGER bobbled ever so slightly after the break but was inconsequential in getting position stalking the eventual winner from outside, went three wide on the turn coming four deep into upper stretch, could make no significant headway on the winner but was clearly second best. KERICS BEAUTY advanced passed rivals four wide on the turn, came out six deep in upper stretch and ran on evenly in the stretch. REMEMBERING RHODA broke a step slowly spotting the field about two lengths, settled at the back, saved ground through the turn, came out a bit turning for home before shifting back to the rail, improved position inside to get up at the wire for a minor award. WAR'S END KISS tracked from inside along the rail, came off the fence turning for home, had no extra for the drive. SEATTLE CAUSEWAY raced five wide and at the rear into the turn, asked for more midway on that bend, failed to rally. MAKES SENSE TO ME was ridden along early after dropping back toward the rear between foes, tired in the stretch.
