Chart notes
LIFESBEENGOODSOFAR raced four-wide through both turns, lacked early speed, reached the fore with a sixteenth to run and quickly drew clear. TALKIN MALICE broke sharply to duel for the lead while racing three-wide, opened a clear margin nearing the five-sixteenths pole and yielded to the winner through the final sixteenth. ELUSIVE LOVE raced four-wide through the first turn, chased the leaders while racing four-wide throughout and failed to gain in the drive. WILLTOBELUCKY settled off the leaders early, moved three-wide through the second turn, angled out nearing the quarter and lacked the needed late response. SPIRE settled off the leaders early, moved four-wide through the second turn and finished evenly. BIG BARREL set a pressured pace for a half and weakened. ESTEEMED was off a step slow, lacked early speed and did not reach contention. PASSED BY PAUL raced four-wide through the first turn, lagged far back and was eased through the lane. THE RACE WAS HAND TIMED.
