Chart notes
DOC ELM gave chase and dueled to the front in the three path approaching the head of the lane, drew clear past the eighth pole and was steadily handled to late stretch. ROCKING TO HOME chased inside, rounded the turn at the rail and dueled through the stretch for second. JEFFERSON SECURITY chased, raced in the three path on the turn and was outfinished in the stretch duel for second. BEAR'S ESTATE chased through the backstretch, raced close in the four path on the turn then flattened the final sixteenth. SPECTACULO eased to the outside and gave chase through the backstretch, raced in the three path on the turn and could only improve his position. TICKLING SPRINGS dropped well back and saved ground. HE'S ON THE LINE was hustled to a clear lead past the half mile pole and set a pressured pace, was caught at the rail approaching the eighth pole and gave way in the lane.
