JAYJAYDEE rated a clear pace inside, came under pressure toward the quarter pole, widened at the rail on the far turn and was kept sharp in the lane. VELVET GHOST stalked from the three path, gave chase approaching the five sixteenths pole, rounded the far turn about the three path and dueled through the stretch for second. WELLING settled off the pace in the four path, gave chase toward the five sixteenths pole, rounded the far turn near the rail and was outfinished in the stretch duel for second. LOKOYA ROAD saved ground off the pace, gave chase toward the three eighths pole but flattened in the four path of the far turn. MASTER THIS saved ground early on, eased out with a bid into the backstretch but showed little response. AKINGISALWAYSKING raced off the rail then faded through the backstretch.
