Chart notes
NEVER COMPROMISE stalked the pace around the first turn then made a bid at the half pole to share command to midway through the final turn, edged away and drew clear. GOLDEN APPEAL raced in the middle of the pack down the backstretch then made a three wide bid entering the final turn to make a late run to be second best. AUBURN MILL was slightly fractious in the gate, then was hustled along to press the pace from the inside to the three eighths pole, made a rebid on the final turn to be up for the show. THEWITCHISGONE was off the pace around the first turn then made a bid at the half pole to share command through the final turn and gave way. SARGENT KOBE remained back. BRIGHT DAWN trailed the field and was never a factor. GRAND FIBER went to a challenged lead to the three eighths pole and was done. A JOCKEY OBJECTION WAS POSTED, THE JOCKEY OF GOLDEN APPEAL CLAIMED FOUL AGAINST THE JOCKEY OF NEVER COMPROMISE FOR ALLEGED INTERFERNCE LEAVING THE STARTING GATE, AFTER A STEWARDS REVIEW THE CLAIM OF FOUL WAS DISSALLOWED AND NO ACTION WAS TAKEN.
