Chart notes
FANEUIL HALL stalked the pace through the final turn then made a three wide bid in upper stretch and moved between horses in the final sixteenth, dug in and won the nod. TAKE AIM raced in the middle of the pack down the backstretch then made a two wide bid on the final turn, moved out to four wide in upper stretch and was a hard fought second. MAJOR NELSON was unhurried down the backstretch then made a three wide bid on the final turn and moved out to five wide in the stretch for a late rally. MIMS SECOND CHANCE was hustled to the lead and was over taken at the five sixteenths pole but fought gamely to deep stretch then drifted in and was out finished. HAY DIDDLE DIDDLE was off the pace around the first turn then moved out to four wide at the half pole and took the lead at the five sixteenths pole but was impeded in the final sixteenth and had to check late. MR MAJESTIC was allowed to settle down the backstretch then made a rail bid on the final turn but was not a factor. COLONEL CAPPY vied for the lead to the three eighth pole and gave way. TOTHETRAINSTATION was always back. A JOCKEY OBJECTION WAS LODGED, THE JOCKEY OF HAY DIDDLE DIDDLE CLAIMED FOUL AGAINST THE JOCKEY OF MIMS SECOND CHANCE FOR INTERFERENCE AT THE SIXTEENTH POLE, AFTER A STEWARDS REVIEW, THE CLAIM OF FOUL WAS ALLOWED AND MIMS SECOND CHANCE WAS DISQUALIFIED FROM FOURTH TO FIFTH FOR DRIFTING IN AND IMPEDING WITH HAY DIDDLE DIDLE.
