Chart notes
NYOMAN stalked the early pace two wide, came three wide off the turn and wore down the front runner late under left handed crop urging and then a vigorous hand ride late to prove best. BAREFOOTBOOTLEGGER was settled early on the inside, saved ground on the turn, shifted off the rail in the lane and rallied well to gain the place award at the wire. D'ARCHER was away alertly to set the pace on the inside, cut the corner and shook clear off the turn, but was caught in the late stages and then lost the place award at the wire. Z U SOON tracked the early pace, four wide off the turn and making a bid but needed more late. CHRISTMAS PRESENT was settled early, two wide on the turn and came three wide off the turn and had a mild late rally. IDEA MAN chased the pace on the outside, wide on the turn and was widest off the turn and had no rally.
