Chart notes
QUILTING PARTY was reserved on the inside, swung out four wide leaving the turn and closed well to edged clear late to prove best under a drive. SUMMER DAY was rank on the first turn and into entering the backstretch, then settled, advanced between rivals by the quarter pole, came five wide into the lane and rallied, got nod for the place award. CAT ROYALE bumped at the start, then stalked the pace in the two path, made a three wide bid off the turn, flattened out, then ran on again late to just miss the place award. COWGIRL FRANKIE was settled back early, advanced three wide on the turn and came six wide into the lane, late rally for the last spot in the superfecta. ROMANTIC ATTACK angled in on the first turn to get to the inside, advanced on the turn to be in contention by the quarter pole, made a two wide bid off the turn to loom boldly but flattened out. SHE'S A BIG STAR set the pace while clear, then turned back a challenge by the quarter pole and shook clear off the turn, but weakened in the final furlong.
