MEETMARYSMAN took a quick lead and moved to the inside to rate the pace, was under a mild hand ride leaving the seven sixteenths pole, came under pressure into the far turn and was steadily handled through most of the lane, then taken in hand the final yards. ASTRAYAL stumbled leaving the gate then stalked four wide on the opening turn, picked up the chase approaching the three eighths pole, rounded the far turn off the rail and held on for second. CURB THAT TIGER exchanged contact with Colonial Road leaving the gate and raced off the rail on the first turn, picked up the chase leaving the seven sixteenths pole, rounded the far turn in the four and five paths and finished evenly while gaining on the runner-up. CRUISE ON BY stalked three wide on the first turn, gave chase from the seven sixteenths pole, raced off the rail on the far turn and showed little in the lane. BAND TOUR stalked off the rail on the opening turn, gave chase leaving the seven sixteenths pole, raced at the rail on the far turn and weakened in the lane. COLONIAL ROAD exchanged contact with Curb That Tiger leaving the gate, rounded the first turn in the five path and showed little response through the backstretch. A BIT OF HARLOW saved ground, picked up the chase from the seven sixteenths pole, raced at the rail on the far turn and weakened.
