MIDNIGHT BLUE NOTE sprinted to a clear lead soon after the start, stayed on when challenged into the stretch, dueled late, came again edged ahead and was outfinished. SPETTACOLI (ARG) tracked the pace, saved ground through the turns, angled three wide into the stretch, made a steady gain, dueled late, edged ahead, then weakened. MARV'S MAGIC unhurried, looped up three wide through the second turn, fanned five wide into the stretch and had a mild late gain. C THE KING allowed to settle, moved to position inside through the second turn, came through inside of rivals into the stretch, made a steady gain and evened out late. INCLUSIVE allowed to settle, ran evenly to the stretch, angled three wide and improved position.
