Chart notes
TRIBAL IMPACT was off a step slow, then was reserved off the early pace, moved up three-wide nearing the quarter pole, split rivals entering the stretch and prevailed narrowly in a stiff drive. FRANKS FIX IT broke in to bump with UNBRIDLED TIGER, then was forwardly placed racing along the outside, rallied four-wide nearing the quarter pole and finished strongly to just miss. CANDIED LUTE settled in the middle of the field, came four-wide into the stretch and finished well in a steady effort. FAMOUS ROCK STAR vied with J T'S A.T.M. for the lead into the stretch while two-wide and weakened. STEPHEN JAMES broke out to bump UNBRIDLED TIGHT, then was close up racing along the inside, steadied lacking room nearing the three-sixteenths pole, angled out and finished willingly. OUR EMPIRE was unhurried early, came six-wide into the stretch and failed to threaten. J T'S A. T. M. saved ground setting the pace into the stretch and tired late. UNBRIDLED TIGER was bumped from both sides and pinched back and was unable to recover. THE STEWARDS CONDUCTED AN INQUIRY INTO THE START, BUT AFTER VIEWING THE FILMS MADE NO CHANGE IN THE ORDER OF FINISH.
