Chart notes
SWISS GUARD dueled for the lead on the inside, made a bid leaving the turn and drew clear, then was ridden out to prove much the best. FABRICATOR was settled on the outside early, three to four wide on the turn while advancing, came five wide into the lane and finished well, clearly second best. DASTARDLY DEEDS was off slowly, settled back early, then finished willingly up the inside to gain the show award. LIMA ZULU tracked the pace three wide, came four wide into the lane and weakened. SIMPSON BAY chased the pace on the inside and weakened in the drive, vanned off. LAMELO was settled early, towards the inside on the turn and was empty. ROUGH JUSTICE failed to menace. SNOWMOBILE dueled for the lead two to three wide and faltered in the drive. UNCLE DICK was bumped after start and trailed.
