Chart notes
LONG RAP SHEET mid pack and outside, moved up two and three wide through the second turn, came four wide into the stretch, made a steady gain, edged ahead late and held. CONRADO set the pace off the rail, drew off down the backstretch, angled in into the second turn, stayed on when challenged through the turn, then came again late and lacked the needed kick. MAGIC WIZARD unhurried, moved up inside through the second turn, angled out to bid outside the leader into the stretch, then flattened and held the show. RAPA NUI well placed and off the rail, dropped back on the two path through the second turn, came through inside into the stretch, closed willingly to the furlong marker and missed the show. UP FOR THE CHANCE rated back inside early, looped to position three wide through the second turn, bid on that path into the stretch and faded the final furlong. SAN MARCO CITY was never involved.
