Chart notes
MAD SWANN set a pressured pace, raced near the rail on the turn and held on under steady handling. MALIBU YEARS gave chase through the backstretch, raced off the rail on the turn and finished well at the outside withers of the winner. LIGHTNIN QUEEN chased, raced in the five path on the turn and showed little in the lane. SHOTGUN MARGARET gave chase, entered the turn about the three path, angled to the five path approaching the head of the lane and finished evenly to pass rivals. WAY OF APPEAL chased inside, raced near the rail on the turn then weakened. PARALLAX VIEW gave chase from well back, raced at the rail on the turn and ran evenly in the stretch.
