Chart notes
POMEROY HAZE chased the leader up the backstretch, raced in the middle of the pack from the two and three path around the turn, launched a bid passing the quarter pole and kicked clear late. CONNORS OUTLAW led the way on the outside through the opening quarter, dueled from the two path around the turn, could not go with the winner in late stretch and chased that rival home. THAT'S SOMETHING raced off the pace on the inside early, saved ground the bend and finished evenly while never threatening the top two. FLY TO THE BANK pressed the pace on the inside up the backstretch, dueled while saving ground around the turn and weakened in the final furlong. MESA MOON raced off the pace on the outside through the opening stages, came around the turn in the three path and made no bid. PER RULING FROM THE HORSERACING INTEGRITY AND WELFARE UNIT, CONNORS OUTLAW HAS BEEN DQ'D DUE TO A POSITIVE TEST.
