Chart notes
MOSQUITO FLEET saved ground chasing the early paced, angled out three-wide leaving the three-sixteenths pole and finished fast to be up in the final seventy yards. COBRA JET prompted A VIEW FROM ABOVE from along the inside, took the lead nearing the eighth pole but was unable to resist the winner late in a fame try. A VIEW FROM ABOVE set the pressured pace into the stretch from along the outside and held on fairly well for third. MAHI MAHI settled in the middle of the pack early, moved up six-wide nearing the quarter pole but lacked a rally. LEPRINO stumbled at the start to get away behind the field then was unhurried, came two-wide into the stretch but was unable to recover the lost ground. MARCH ON LINCH was forwardly placed early while racing three-wide, came five-wide into the stretch and tired. SPROSTON settled in the middle of the field early but gave way after a half mile. RIP CITY steadied briefly from between horses on the far turn, then dropped far back and was distanced.
