Chart notes
FREDERICIA reserved in hand off the pace for the first half mile, ranged up four wide turning for home and drew off in the lane as much best while kept to task. DALTON'S LOVE tracked the pace down the backstretch, rallied in the turn circling the pacesetters and finished willingly to gain the place. WICKED ECSTASY stalked the leaders to the far turn, took command midway on the bend and was out-kicked in the stretch while best of the rest. HAPPY SAILS prompted the pace the far turn and faded. SHE RANUP THE AMEX set the pace for a half mile and gave way. NEW YEAR'S DELIGHT was outrun.
