Chart notes
C. J'S STORM set the pace from between horses early, opened an advantage approaching the turn, widened to the top of the lane and drew away unthreatened in the stretch. SPOTONJUSTICE stalked the pace through the turn three wide and finished willingly to be second best while unable to gain on the winner. COWBOY IMAGE unhurried early to be well off the leaders and closed well belatedly through the stretch. GOOD FOREVER rated mid-pack and lacked a response when called upon finishing evenly. NO PROOF raced four wide and never posed a threat. BUTCH'S BEST pressed the pace from the rail for three-eighths and faded. WIRE THE CASH no factor.
