Chart notes
VINO ROUGE came inward at the start, showed speed then dropped just off the pace, was asked along the rail on the turn, chased under a drive into the final sixteenth, gained on the tiring leader late and got up under strong urging to prevail. SENSING FLATTER bumped lightly with a foe at the start, settled off the pace, was urged two then three wide on the turn, came four wide into the stretch, chased outside into the final furlong, gained on the tiring pacesetter late and got up for the place. PARADISE LANE showed speed then set the pace, vied in the two path on the turn, responded well when asked for her best in upper stretch, held a clear lead while shortening stride into the final sixteenth but was caught while able to hold the show. MATURITY DATE made light contact with an opponent at the start, tracked the pace on the outside then three wide on the turn, was asked inside the five-sixteenths, chased under a drive in the stretch and was out-kicked. DAY AWAY stumbled at the start but came out in front, settled on the outside, dropped back four wide on the turn and faltered. CLASSIC CARA broke in at the start, dropped towards the rear then fell back further late on the backstretch, saved ground on the turn and showed little.
