Chart notes
J. WICK gave chase through the backstretch and improved four wide on the turn, took the nod entering the stretch, dueled clear past the sixteenth pole and held well under steady handling. DOG TOWN ALLEN contested the early pace and took the lead three wide approaching the five sixteenths pole, contested the edge off the rail on the turn but was met entering the stretch and relented the final sixteenth. LAST PARTY contested the pace between horses through the backstretch, but checked approaching the quarter pole, resumed his efforts two deep past the pole and held on for third. JUBA'S YANKEE ONE came away sharply with a brief lead then gave chase outside leaving the half mile pole, rounded the turn about the five path and ran evenly in the lane. MYLASHURRAH contested the pace inside through the backstretch but dropped back nearing the quarter pole, raced at the rail on the turn and weakened. CHARTERED COURSE gave only distant chase, raced at the rail on the turn and flattened inside the eighth pole. GETTIN SPICY chased through the backstretch, rounded the turn off the rail and showed little in the lane. SENZA STRIKE dwelled at the break, angled out and gave chase, but to no avail.
