Chart notes
MR. FOUR SEVENS vied for the early lead, drove clear around the final turn, pulled away and was ridden out. BIRTHDAY PARTY unhurried in the beginning, racing evenly near the back, made an outside gain, proved no match for the winner, but was a clear second. INCORRIGIBLE pressed the pace, raced close throughout and proved no match for the top two. WHISKEY'S GONE raced within striking distance, made a mild bid and was outfinished for third. APPLEWOOD showed early speed, saved ground and faded. HARDCORE FOLKLORE void of early speed, came around the second turn on the outside and was never close. SILVER N LAI void of early speed and showed little.
