Chart notes
STOMPING MOON ducked out and made contact with Irish King leaving the gate then stalked from the three path, gave chase nearing the three eighths pole, took the lead at the quarter, raced clear nearing the eighth pole and was steadily handled in the stretch. FAST FORWARD rated a slim lead inside, came under pressure approaching the three eighths pole, gave up the lead at the quarter and ran evenly in the lane. SHARP STYLE exchanged contact with Irish King leaving the gate then saved ground well off the pace, bid leaving the three eighths pole and steadily improved from that point, came through the far turn in the five path and finished evenly to take third past the eighth pole. LET'S EAT saved ground, picked up the chase nearing the three eighths pole, raced at the rail on the far turn and showed little further. Z MYSTIQUE stalked in the three path the first turn, challenged approaching the three eighths pole but dropped back from between horses toward the quarter and faded on the far turn. IRISH KING was jostled leaving the gate, raced in the four path the first turn and stalked into the backstretch, gave chase nearing the three eighths pole but weakened at the rail on the far turn. DOUBLE MAKER raced in the five path the first turn and gave chase from the three eighths pole but showed little response.
