HIS ROYAL G stalked off the rail, picked up the chase nearing the three eighths pole and raced off the rail on the far turn, dug in under steady handling leaving the turn and got up the final yards. RAISE A SPEIGHTS rounded the opening turn in the four path, picked up the chase leaving the seven sixteenths pole, raced in the six path on the far turn, bore wider into the lane but finished well to take second the final strides while gaining on the winner. SUPER QUALITY took the lead nearing the three quarter pole and angled to the inside to rate the pace, came under pressure approaching the quarter pole, raced at the rail on the far turn and was steadily handled in the lane, but gave up the lead in the final yards. HAPPY CHARLIE settled off the rail the first turn, gave chase leaving the five sixteenths pole, rounded the far turn at the rail and ran evenly in the lane. ROYAL THUNDER raced off the rail the first turn, gave chase nearing the three eighths pole, rounded the far turn about the four path and ran evenly to mid-stretch before flattening stride. ROCKY DICE raced in the three path the first turn, left the turn outside and showed little response through the backstretch, rounded the far turn in the seven path and was carried wider into the lane.
