TAPPIN ROYALTY rated close inside, started a bid approaching the three eighths pole, rounded the far turn off the rail, dug in for the lead mid-stretch and edged clear later yards. NO FOOLING DUDE rated a short lead inside, came under pressure leaving the three eighths pole and inched clear past the quarter pole, rounded the far turn at the rail, was met mid-stretch and ceded later yards. MOON OVER MONTANA saved ground off the pace on the opening turn, eased out into the backstretch and gave chase past the seven sixteenths pole, raced in the five path on the far turn and came along for third past the eighth pole. MAKE WAY stalked off the rail the first turn, gave chase leaving the three eighths pole and rounded the far turn about the four path, then flattened inside the eighth pole. SKILLFUL settled in the three path the first turn, gave chase leaving the seven sixteenths pole, rounded the far turn at the rail and showed little in the lane. ENVISION SUCCESS stalked from the three path the first turn, challenged leaving the three eighths pole but dropped back passing the quarter pole, rounded the far turn in the three path and weakened. MACY'S BOY raced off the pace in the three path the first turn and showed little response through the backstretch.
