APPEALING ROAD saved ground off the pace, bid nearing the three eighths pole and took the lead two deep approaching the quarter pole, contested the edge inside on the far turn and dug in determinedly to hold off the stretch challenge of DIVA ROSE, who rounded the first turn about the four path, left the turn outside and gave chase leaving the seven sixteenths pole, steadily improved and raced close in the three path on the far turn and dueled through the stretch to hold second. JACKYSINTHECASTLE raced in the three path the first turn, picked up the chase leaving the seven sixteenths pole, contested at a close disadvantage in the four path on the far turn but was outfinished in the stretch duel for second. LADY SPARROW saved ground off the pace, gave chase leaving the seven sixteenths pole but was hemmed in approaching the quarter, raced off the rail on the far turn then weakened in the lane. GLOBAL EMPRESS rated the pace inside, came under pressure leaving the three eighths pole, was met at the rail approaching the quarter pole and weakened on the far turn. PETTYFORURTHOUGHTS stalked two deep the first turn, gave chase nearing the seven sixteenths pole but faded into the far turn. ELLIES AT WINDSOR rounded the opening turn about the three path, showed no response leaving the turn, was eased passed the three eighths pole and was vanned off.
