Chart notes
NEPHI pressed the pace, took command around the final turn, drove clear down the lane and finished well. MONOLITH raced within contention, forwardly placed throughout, proved no match for the winner, but was best of others. ROYAL DE BE went to the front, drove clear, saved ground and proved third best at the wire. KAT'S SOLDIER lacked early speed, moved up and finished evenly. MUSTBELIEVE raced near the back in the beginning, saved ground around the final turn, made a bid, faded and was no threat late. FLYING IN HOT raced within striking distance, came around the second turn on the outside and retreated. TAPIT TWICE always raced near the back and showed little. MY UNCLE BILLY lacked early speed, had an outside trip and was outrun.
