Chart notes
IRISH WAHINE stalked the pace along the rail into the turn, two wide into the stretch, rallied from inside to challenge with a furlong left to run and drove clear in the final sixteenth. NEVER SWAY vied with rivals then inched ahead and showed the way three wide into the turn, maintained a short lead around the bend then cleared past the five-sixteenths pole, threatened by IRISH WAHINE entering the final furlong and got outkicked in deep stretch. FLATTERWITHJEWELS showed early speed between rivals then took hold to cede command, chased three to four wide around the bend and finished evenly in the late stages. JACRODRA'S DEVIL vied for the lead inside rivals, fought through the turn and down the lane and weakened late. TROPICANA GIRL vied four then three deep in the early going, remained close through the turn, exited the bend six wide and weakened. ROMAN EMPRESS raced in range three deep into the turn, went four, five, then six wide around the bend and failed to respond when asked.
