DOUBLE THUNDER raced within contention, came around the final turn three wide, drove clear and won under steady urging. MIAS MOONBEAM lacked early speed, moved up, four wide around the final turn, proved no match for the winner, but was a clear second. BONUS APPRECIATION raced within striking distance, moved up on the outside around the second turn, made a mild bid and proved no match for the top two. HUNTER QUICK vied for the early lead, saved ground around the second turn and faded. SILVER N LAI lacked early speed, saved ground around the second turn and was never a threat.
