Chart notes
COPPER SKY battled for the lead with between rivals and while three wide in the early furlongs, continued to press the pace throughout the far turn, then dug in grudgingly in the home stretch and surged past the pace settler to be up at the wire. COLE TRICKLE vied between rivals heading into the first turn, inched up to gain command at the three eighths marker, cleared the far turn, maintained the lead under a gamely rally in late stretch then was caught at the wire by an outer rival. SEND OFF hopped at the start, then saved ground behind the pack down the backstretch, rallied leaving the far turn and closed with much too late. CARGO PANTS vied for the lead under a hard drive in the early furlongs, then faded leaving the backstretch and had no final. COWBOY WALT vied while four wide and outside of rivals into the first turn, continued to press the pace down the backstretch, was used up and flattened out on the far turn.
