Chart notes
COASTAL KID vied with ITSALLABOUTTHERIDE from along the outside, shook that one off leaving the eighth pole and gradually increased his advantage. WELTON bobbled at the start, then moved up to be prominently placed while racing four-wide on the turn and finished well for second in a good try. DIRT ROAD RED was forwardly placed while racing three-wide and finished well for third in a steady effort. ELEVADO was unhurried after stumbling at the start, rallied five-wide into the stretch and gained his best stride too late. ITSALLABOUTTHERIDE saved ground setting the pressured pace to the stretch and weakened late. MUNCEY saved ground while being reserved off the pace and was gaining late.
