Chart notes
A THOUSAND PLANS sprinted to a clear lead soon after the start, turned back a challenge into the stretch, shook clear, then drew off and was kept to the task. WOK DON'T RUN well placed and outside, held position three wide through the turn, bid on that path into the stretch, made a steady gain and edged up for the place late. CLOUD IN THE WIND stalked the pace on the outside, vied for the lead through the turn, bid outside into the stretch, then weakened the final furlong and held the show. INDIAN SPIDEROO unhurried, saved ground on the two path through the turn, came three wide into the stretch and got up for a share. BON DIA rated back in the early going, saved ground through the turn, came through inside of rivals into the stretch and faded the final furlong. HALEY'S HAPPY GIRL was never involved.
