Chart notes
UNCLE CHINITO rated the early pace inside, came under pressure leaving the five sixteenths pole, widened at the rail on the turn and was steadily handled in the lane. TECH DUINN chased through the backstretch, rounded the turn near the rail and finished well, but couldn't improve on the winner. TAPPEDWITHSUCCESS ducked out and made sharp contact with Kurumi Go Go then gave chase, rounded the turn near the rail and finished well. BAYTOWN ADMIRAL gave chase, rounded the turn about the three path then flattened in the lane. BESOTTED gave chase inside, raced near the rail on the turn and showed little in the lane. SOUTHERN SAINT chased toward the outside, rounded the turn about the four path and showed little in the lane. JAMAICAN WAR CRY ducked in and made sharp contact with KURUMI GO GO leaving the gate then gave chase through the backstretch, raced off the rail on the turn and weakened in the lane. The latter was squeezed leaving the gate and gave chase to no avail.
