Chart notes
OZONE rated close in the three path the first turn, bid nearing the three eighths pole and took the lead in the three path past the quarter pole, widened off the rail on the far turn and was kept sharp in the stretch. VERBIER settled off the rail the first turn, picked up the chase past the half mile pole, raced in the four path on the far turn and settled for second best. CAJUN JOE took the lead in the three path entering the first turn then moved to the inside to show the way, came under pressure approaching the three eighths pole, gave up the lead past the quarter pole and flattened off the rail on the far turn. CUCHULAIN broke a bit awkwardly then saved ground, picked up the chase leaving the seven sixteenths pole, raced at the rail on the far turn and showed little more. NICO LUCKY rounded the opening turn about the four path, left the turn outside and gave chase toward the three eighths pole, but faded through the far turn. THE ICE MAN CARLOS stalked inside, challenged toward the three eighths pole and raced close through the backstretch, but dropped back leaving the quarter pole and faded from mid turn.
